Payment & Deposit

Payment

  • The Sponsor shall pay to talent a total Entegrity Deposit Fee of $150.

  • Full payment for services are due no later than 1 days prior to event.

  • If full payment is not received no later than the day before your event, appointment will be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded. 

  • Services may be extended provided that the Talent agrees for an additional fee of:

    • $30.00 per half-hour

    • $50 per hour 


Deposit 

  • $150 Deposit is refundable so long as customer does not cancel within 14 days of event, and so long as rental equipment is not lost, stolen or damaged do to accident or improper use of property.

  • Deposit will not be refunded if:

    • There are signs of  water play on equipment 

    • If there is food found in softplay

***For small/minor discrepancies to softplay setup, Talent (per their own judgement) may offer 50% of refunded instead of No refund***

Rain Policy

(PLEASE MONITOR WEATHER FOR YOUR EVENT.

YOU HAVE UP TO 14 DAYS BEFORE EVENT TO CANCEL SERVICES)

  • There are NO refunds due to poor weather if you do not cancel before 14 days of service.

  • In the event of rain for out door setup only, Tiny-Time offers 1 free reschedule opportunity with respect to company availability.

  •  There are NO refunds of deposits for outdoor events if it rains the day of and Sponsor has to cancel event.  


If there is an outdoor event and it:

  •  Rains before event starts;

    • Talent will only set up softplay if it can be placed indoors.

    • If there is a day of change in address traveling fee will may be increased or decreased if distance is further or closer.

    • If event has to be rescheduled, deposit will NOT be refunded.

    • If sponsor still wants to use services for a different day an additional $150 refundable deposit must be paid 


  • Rains while Soft Play is being set up 

    • Talent will not continue to set up Softplay Outdoors

    • Talent will only set up softplay if it can be placed indoors.

    • If party is relocated to a different address, there will be a $25 inconvenience fee charge plus an additional traveling fee to quote already given.  

    • If event has to be rescheduled, deposit will NOT be refunded.

    • If sponsor still wants to use services for a different day an additional $150 refundable deposit must be paid 


  • Rains after Softplay Has been set

    • Deposit will NOT be refunded. Soft Play is not meant to be wet, it can damage material and cause mold

Snow Policy

  • There are NO refunds due to poor weather.

  • In the event of  snow related "State of Emergencies" or snow storms Tiny-Time offers 2 free reschedule opportunities with respect to company availability.

Attendant/ Maintenance Fee

Attendants

  • 1 Attendant $50

    • (Monitors Softplay Safety )

  • 2 Attendants $100

    • (Monitors Softplay and Bounce house capacity and Safety)

****Attendant Hire are not for babysitting purposes. Their presence is to ensure set rules are being applied and to ensure the proper use of equipment. They will clean up equipment after event.  Attendants are NOT responsible for children, how ever they WILL NOT allow entry to the softplay area to children who are destroying property or using equipment to harm others. The presence of Attendants DOES NOT  exclude property damage fees if some occurs****

****If there is no attendant for event, Sponsor agrees to assume full responsibility of ensuring all soft play rules are followed, items are used correctly and equipment is not damaged, lost or stolen. Sponsor agrees to ensure all softplay items are inside softplay gate (does not have to be neat/staged)  All balls MUST be returned to ball pit to avoid cleaning fee, and there are no food or water products in softplay area or significant stains on products****


  • Sponsor agrees to a $30 maintenance fee deduction from deposit in the event clean up is not done at time of pick up.

  • Clean Up means;

    • Making sure all of the softplay products are inside of the gated area

    • All balls are in the ball pit or in the gated area​

    • No food or candy is found in the play area

    • Softplay is Dry
